
An active freelancer in Westchester, New York City, and the Hudson Valley, Jarrett Hoffman frequently performs with the West Point Band and The Orchestra Now on clarinet, E-flat clarinet, and bass clarinet, and has appeared at venues such as Carnegie Hall, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and Jazz At Lincoln Center.
Hoffman has also performed with the Hudson Valley Symphony Orchestra, Bronx Opera, and Georgia Symphony, holds the positions of principal clarinet with Hudson Opera Theater and second clarinet with Taconic Opera, been featured on the Noontime at Emanuel series as part of the Hoffman Duo, and appeared at festivals such as Round Top Festival Institute, the Banff Centre, and Atlantic Music Festival.
A graduate of Oberlin Conservatory and Manhattan School of Music, his former teachers include Anthony McGill, Richard Hawkins, and Jeanne Frieben.
